These are really super. I’ve been wearing ‘barefoot’ or minimalist shoes now for 3 years or so, and I think these are the best I’ve tried so far. They’re really light, breathable and flexible, but feel quite robust too. So the upper is thick enough to add a little protection, but not so much that it might make the foot feel hemmed in. And the sole is great. It has just the right thickness and strength for me – it’s quite like the sole on Vivobarefoot’s Primus Trail FG, but with a more dense pattern of smaller lugs, which I suspect will wear better on pavements. So whilst you can still feel stones, they won’t hurt, which can be a problem with thinner soles (like Vivobarefoot’s Primus Lite).
I’ll definitely be back for more Freet shoes – and their customer service has been really excellent.

Toebox plus larges que les Vivo (que j’ai abandonnées), robustes, légères, à porter sans semelles, ou avec celles de 3 ou 6 mm, à un prix abordable…….what’Else

Bought a pair as a present for my adult son in June 2021 after the best known brand lasted a handful of weeks before splitting and had to be returned. My son is “hard” on shoes and can wear walking boots smooth. I am delighted to report no such issues with these- uppers are in great shape, the heel tread is starting to disappear but after 8mths of near constant wear it is nothing short of amazing and have ordered a new leather pair. Would recommend without hesitation.

Comfiest shoes I have ever had. Great for walking and running. Run my first marathon in them a week ago and they were brilliant. No sorness, no blisters. The upper is soft and hugs the foot well. Toe box is a bit wider than other barefoot companies I have tried which is great for toe space.
Can’t wait for my Feldoms to arrive for muddier runs. Hope they fit just as great!

I ordered these initially just for the gym but they are so comfortable and make a great casual leisure shoe I find myself wearing them all day. Equally comfortable with or without socks. My feet are very happy.

Supremely comfortable and smart with it. The newer Freet designs (BooteeM, Motus) seem to suit my short, wide feet a little better than the older designs (Connect2). The lacing system works very well and the shoes have a very nice quality feel. The 6mm insoles are good to have in case I start running longer distances on the road, but generally I wear without or swap in the thinner insole from the Motus.

Thanks for the feedback, Alan. The 6mm ortholite insole does make that bit of difference especially on those harder surfaces and/or longer distance.
