Shipping.

We ship your order from our European warehouse which is located in the Czech Republic.

If you are in the USA please DO NOT send your Return to the EU. Please select the USA Tab above and see the USA Returns address. Please address your Return to this USA address.

Shipping Cost. €5  for all EU countries; €25 for Switzerland and Norway.

We will generally dispatch within 1-2 working days by a tracked service (1-3 days) and will send tracking information.

Returns.

Return to our returns address in Czech Republic by the cheapest courier/postal service.  Just keep a proof of postage showing the correct address. You don’t need to send by an expensive tracked or signed service as we will always process the return on receipt of the shoes, or if there is a delay, on receipt of your proof of sending.

When you get your shoes take time to try them around the house to get used to size and fit.  Do not wear outside the house until you are happy that the shoes suit you. We hope you like your order, but if you need to return, for Exchange or Refund, please use the form below to order the Return within 21 days of receiving your order.

Please also print this Form OR write your Name, Surname, Order Number and Reason for Return on a piece of paper. Please place the Form or Paper inside the box.

We ask you to send the Return back to us at the  Czech address below. If you want to exchange please get your shoes back to us and we will send the replacement free of charge. For Refunds, we will issue a refund including the postage you paid on the original order.  We do not provide a returns label.

The items must be unworn and in their original packaging. You must place the box inside a bag/wrapping before adding the address. You must not write the address or add any tape directly onto the box, otherwise we may not be able to issue a full refund.

    USA & CANADA

    You are responsible for paying any local sales tax / duties / handling fees if applicable.

    Shipping.

    Your shoes will be dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.  We ship by DHL which is a fast and reliable service (5-7 days). You will pay $26 per 2 pairs of shoes, $9 if just socks or insoles.  Socks and insoles purchased with shoes should not be charged extra but, if you have any problems, please get in touch by email  freet@freetbarefoot.com.

    You will be sent tracking details once the shoes are dispatched so you can check on progress; please check in spam if you do not receive these.

    Please note we have been made aware that, sometimes, orders show as delivered when they are actually still at final delivery office.  If this happens, please call your local DHL office with tracking number to confirm final delivery.

    Returns

    If your shoes do not suit, you can return them to our warehouse in Dekalb, Illinois, USA for a refund, as long as they have not been worn outside.  We do not exchange shoes sent from European warehouse. If your shoes have been worn outside we will not be able to refund. PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept exchanges if ordered from the EU website. 

    Please check your Courier will deliver to a PO address before sending. Please note UPS will not deliver to a PO Box Warehouse address.

    If you want a refund, please return your shoes to our USA address (not UK). We will refund the item(s) in full but not your postage, additional handling fees or any local taxes paid. We do not provide a returns label.

    Before returning the shoes, you need to complete and submit the online Returns Form below.  You can print this off and put it in the box.  If you prefer not to print off the form, you can include your own note with your name, order number and items being returned but you must still complete the online Returns Form.  You will not receive a returns authorisation or separate returns form.
