This shoe fits true to size

The best guide for sizing your new Freet shoes is to start with your usual shoe size. Think about whether you always take this size or whether you sometimes need to go smaller or larger.

Customer feedback is that this style fits true to size; so order your normal size.

Our shoes are originally produced in EU sizes. All UK sizes are the closest conversion so, if you know your EU size, you may want to consider using this.

It is vital that you allow at least 5mm extra at the front of the shoe. For example; your foot is 248mm long. You will likely need size EU40 to allow enough free space at the end of your shoe.

The lengths shown are the Insole lengths (the actual shoe length will be 2 or 3 mm longer).

Measuring Your Foot

Sometimes as a second check it is worth measuring your foot. Feet can be different sizes so its worth measuring both and taking the largest.

Standing next to a wall place a piece of paper against the wall. Place your foot on the paper with your heel just touching the wall.

The next stage is easier if you get someone else to help do it.
Take a pencil or pen and trace the outline of the foot on the paper.
Start at the heel.
Keep the pen at 90 degrees to the paper, so vertical, see diagram.
Don't draw under the foot.

Taking a ruler measure the length of the outline in millimetres. This will be the exact size of the insole you will need. To ensure the fit is not tight add another 5.0 - 10.0 mm to the length. If you wear thick socks then add that thickness to the length.

If possible, please work from the EU sizes (the US and UK sizes are nearest conversions to these sizes so will not be as accurate). The lengths and widths are the dimensions of the insole in mm measured as per the picture below:

When will I receive my order?

All orders placed by 12.00 midday, Monday to Friday, should be dispatched the same day and delivered the next business day.

Please note orders placed on Friday may not be delivered until Monday. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday may not be sent out until the following Monday.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs £3.50 to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Shipping to Isle of Mann is £5.00.

Shipping to England and Wales is with DPD 24 hour. Shipping to Scotland, Northern Ireland and Isle of Mann shipping is with Evri 1-2 days.

Where are shoes shipped from?

All orders to customers in the UK are sent from our warehouse in England.

Returns & Refunds

If your shoes do not suit, you can return for a full refund, subject to our refund policy. We do not do exchanges.

The material is decent but quite stiff and somewhat abrasive. They cause a bit of rubbing, so wearing socks is pretty much necessary.

Perfect!

Love my new Zennor 2s! They felt a little stiff, when I first put them on, but within a few minutes, the warmth if my feet softened them and they moulded to my feet and were super comfortable. I wore them for several hours at work on the first day, with no rubbing or sore spots at all. Suffice to say these will be my go to walking/working shoes, throughout the summer!

Really love them! They look great

Really love them! They look great, love the barefoot feel, and have had lots of compliments. They feel sturdy and the material softens with time, but they were pretty comfy from day one. Especially appreciate the spare elastic toggle, and that the length of the elastic strap is easily trimmable. Was initially too long for me but took just two minutes and some scissors and now they're practically tailored to me. I've got quite flat and narrow feet so there's a bit of spare volume in the shoe but that leaves room for socks if I want! Great shoes, they're an instant summer favourite (especially when I don't want to get my toes out haha)

Just what I was looking for

Just what I was looking for. Good fit, comfortable sandals. Grip has yet to be tested so far but seems good. Only problem is the strap across the heel is too long, it either needs to be shorter or have the velcro extended.

A hit in our house

I already have 2 pairs of Zennor 2 , Blue and Khaki. These were for my wife and she is very pleased with them. A good fit for her wide feet.
So in our house Zennor 2 are a hit.
