CARE INSTRUCTIONS

The leather can be cleaned with warm water and a cloth and treated with a nubuck conditioning & water proofing spray. You can use a high quality wax cream but this will turn the leather to a smooth finish and darken it.
Shipping & Returns

When will I receive my order?

All orders placed by 12.00 midday, Monday to Friday, should be dispatched the same day and delivered the next business day. 

Please note orders placed on Friday may not be delivered until Monday.  Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday may not be sent out until the following Monday.  

How much is shipping? 

Shipping costs £3.50 to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.  Shipping to Isle of Mann is £5.00.

Shipping to England and Wales is with DPD 24 hour.  Shipping to Scotland, Northern Ireland and Isle of Mann shipping is with Evri  1-2 days.

Where are shoes shipped from? 

All orders to customers in the UK are sent from our warehouse in England. 

Returns & Refunds

If your shoes do not suit, you can return for a full refund, subject to our refund policy.  We do not do exchanges.

Easy to slip on and really comfortable to wear

Easy to slip on and really comfortable to wear.

There is room for my toes to spread out without the whole shoe appearing too big.

It's also very stylish and didn't look at all out of place in some very exclusive places!

Excellent quality, great workmanship and a dream to wear.

These are the most comfortable boots I have ever worn.

Ok once worn in

I suffer from swollen ankles and as a result found the boot difficult to start with because the opening was narrow. I have kept going and they seem to have worn in ok. I could probably have done with a half size bigger. Prefer the material softness of my last pair of freet shoes. Will stick to that next time rather than the leather.

Great fit, sized one size up nice and roomy could wear a thicker sock come winter! Plenty of room to splay my toes nice roomy toe box, ground feel I good but not so thin you grimas at every stone or pebble.
