When will I receive my order?

All orders placed by 12.00 midday, Monday to Friday, should be dispatched the same day and delivered the next business day. 

Please note orders placed on Friday may not be delivered until Monday.  Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday may not be sent out until the following Monday.  

How much is shipping? 

Shipping costs £3.50 to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.  Shipping to Isle of Mann is £5.00.

Shipping to England and Wales is with DPD 24 hour.  Shipping to Scotland, Northern Ireland and Isle of Mann shipping is with Evri  1-2 days.

Where are shoes shipped from? 

All orders to customers in the UK are sent from our warehouse in England. 

Returns & Refunds

If your shoes do not suit, you can return for a full refund, subject to our refund policy.  We do not do exchanges.

Great shoes. Great customer service

I'm fairly new to barefoot shoes and still finding my way, but I think I have now found the perfect ones that suit my feet! The soft wide box toe is the best fit so far. They also have just enough padding in the sole to make the transition to bare foot a little easier. The shape and soft pink colour also looks more feminine and more flattering then some bare foot shoes for women that I've seen (and tried).

The customer service has also been excellent. When my first order failed to be delivered by Evri, they sent out a second pair with a different courier which arrived safely and quickly. I will definitely be looking at purchasing more shoes from Freet.

At last! An actual toe spacer-friendly wide toe box 🥹

Love my new Tanga 3's! Got a mild bunion and mallet toes, and was having a hard time finding (vegan) wide toe box walking shoes at a decent price point that would work for my feet and toe spacers. Tried several other brands, but they just didn't work out. Chose my size according to the insole length on the size chart—with an 8mm difference between my foot length and insole length (which ended up being one size up from my usual)—and they fit and feel great with thin toe socks. Freet truly came through! 👟

The shoes are lightweight

The shoes are lightweight, airy and comfortable. I like that they came with elastic laces as well as fabric laces. I chose the pink because it went better with the white soles and the colour was better than expected. Black soles would be an improvement.

This is a very comfortable trainer

The only other barefoot trainer I have tried is the Primus Lite IV, by Vivobarefoot. In comparison the Tanga 3 has a thicker sole and feels more comfortable. (It was also about £30 cheaper). Being new to flat foot shoes, the Tanga 3 is less of a shock & I am enjoying the feeling of the barefoot experience.
