We offer a choice of shipping:

Hermes 2-4 days for £3.00

DPD 1 to 2* days £5.50

Please tick your preferred option at checkout.

*Shoes ordered by 12noon are normally despatched to arrive the next day.   

If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland delivery times could be extended.

Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses. Any orders to be sent to a hotel or a third party courier, are entirely at the risk of the client.  Therefore, we regret to inform, that we cannot accept any liability for orders that fail to arrive to the hotels or third party courier, or are damaged on receipt.  We will, however, do what we can to help in such a case.

Returns

We hope you like your order, but if your shoes do not suit, you can return for Exchange or Refund.  Please complete and submit the online returns form.  

Exchanges: If you want to exchange for a different size, please get your shoes back to us at our UK warehouse and we will send the replacement free of charge.

Refunds: Once we received the goods and check they are ‘as new, we will refund the item(s) in full but not the postage. We do not provide a returns label.

Returns Information

Before returning the shoes, you must complete and submit the Online Returns Form below.  Please print off the form and put in the box so that we can identify your return.  Alternatively, if you do not have access to a printer, you must still complete the form but can write your own note with your name, order number and items being returned and include this with your return.  You will not receive a returns authorisation number.

All items must be unworn and in their original packaging. You must place the box inside a bag/wrapping before adding the address. You must not write the address or add any tape directly onto the box, otherwise we will not be able to issue a full refund.

If there are any issues with your shoe, please highlight this on the returns note in the box to make sure the shoes are not returned straight to stock.

    If you are based in EU, you should automatically be directed to our EU website www.freetbarefoot.com/eu so your shoes will be sent direct from Czech Republic.

    You should also use www.freetbarefoot.com/eu  if you are outside EU but want shoes sent to EU address.

    If you want to order shoes for delivery in EU which are only available on the UK website, you can order on  https://freetbarefoot.com/ but will be liable for any duty & handling charges.

    Shipping.

    £14 to £16 (depending on country) Tracked. We will despatch within 2 working days by DPD International service.

    Returns

    We hope you like your order, but if your shoes do not suit, you can return for Exchange or Refund.

      USA/CANADA

      We ship by DHL which is a fast and reliable service. We also have local USA Returns address, just to make the experience of buying Freet as easy as we can. You will pay £15 per 2 pairs of shoes, £7 if just socks or insoles.  Socks and insoles purchased with shoes should not be charged extra but, if you have any problems, please get in touch by email  freet@freet.uk 

      You can pay in $ or £. Please select the $ or £ currency on our Home page drop-down menu.

      If your delivery address is outside UK, 20 % VAT (sales tax) will be automatically removed at checkout so you do not pay it.  DHL should not charge any handling charges but you would be responsible for paying any local sales tax if applicable.

      Shipping.

      £15 (about $20, maximum of 2 items)  We’ll keep in touch on the progress of your order and send the Tracking Number (Delivery will take 3-6 working days from placing order).

      We will generally dispatch within 2-3 working days, although at busy times it may take a couple of days longer. If you need them sooner, please ask and we’ll try to help!

      Returns.

      We hope you like your order, but if you need to return, please use the form below to order the Return within 21 days of receiving your order. We do not do exchanges outside UK.  If you want a different size or style, please return for a refund and re-order.

      You must return the shoes to our address in USA, and not direct to UK, to ensure no additional customs charges are incurred.

      If you want to return to receive a refund, please get the shoes back to us at our USA address NOT UK. We will refund the item(s) in full but not the postage, additional handling fees or any local taxes paid. We do not provide a returns label.

        You can pay in USA $ or UK Sterling £.

        If your delivery address is outside UK, 20 % VAT (sales tax) will be automatically removed at checkout so you do not pay it.  You are then responsible for paying any local taxes, duty and handling fees when you receive your shoes.  If you choose not to pay these fees, the shoes will be returned to us and we will give a refund less any costs incurred.
