We will send your shoes by DPD courier:

DPD 1 to 2* days £4.50

*Shoes ordered by 12noon are normally despatched to arrive the next day.

If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland delivery times could be extended.

Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses. Any orders to be sent to a hotel or a third party courier, are entirely at the risk of the client.  Therefore, we regret to inform, that we cannot accept any liability for orders that fail to arrive to the hotels or third party courier, or are damaged on receipt.  We will, however, do what we can to help in such a case.

Returns

When you get your shoes take time to try them around the house to get used to size and fit.  Do not wear outside the house until you are happy that the shoes suit you. We hope you like your order, but if your shoes do not suit, you have 21 days from receiving your shoes to return for Exchange or Refund.  Please complete and submit the online returns form.

Exchanges: If you want to exchange for a different size, please get your shoes back to us at our UK warehouse and we will send the replacement free of charge.

Refunds: Once we received the goods and check they are ‘as new, we will refund the item(s) in full. We do not provide a returns label.

Returns Information

Before returning the shoes, you must complete and submit the Online Returns Form below.  Please print off the form and put in the box so that we can identify your return.  Alternatively, if you do not have access to a printer, you must still complete the form but can write your own note with your name, order number and items being returned and include this with your return.  You will not receive a returns authorisation number.

In order for us to process your Return as quickly as possible, please email us Proof of Postage to the correct address below.

All items must be unworn and in their original packaging. You must place the box inside a bag/wrapping before adding the address. You must not write the address or add any tape directly onto the box, otherwise we will not be able to issue a full refund.

If there are any issues with your shoe, please highlight this on the returns note in the box to make sure the shoes are not returned straight to stock.

    Shipping

    If your delivery address is outside UK, 20 % VAT (sales tax) will be automatically removed at checkout so you do not pay it.  You are responsible for paying any local sales tax/duties/handling fees if applicable when you receive the shoes.

    If you live in EU, you should be automatically directed to our EU site, www.freetbarefoot.com/eu so your shoes will be sent direct from our Czech Republic warehouse. You should also use www.freetbarefoot.com/eu  if you are outside EU but want shoes sent to EU address.  Please only use the UK website for EU orders if the shoes are not available on our EU website.

    Orders from UK to Switzerland, Norway and EU are £30 tracked delivery with DPD International. We will despatch within 2 working days by DPD International service and you will receive the tracking information; please check in your spam folder if you have not received this within 2 working days of the order.

    Returns

      Shipping.

      Your shoes will be dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.  We ship by DHL which is a fast and reliable service (5-7 days). You will pay £15 per 2 pairs of shoes, £7 if just socks or insoles.  Socks and insoles purchased with shoes should not be charged extra but, if you have any problems, please get in touch by email  freet@freet.uk

      You will be sent tracking details once the shoes are dispatched so you can check on progress; please check in spam if you do not receive these.

      Please note we have been made aware that, sometimes, orders show as delivered when they are actually still at final delivery office.  This means they will be with you soon so wait a few days before contacting us.   

      Returns

        You can pay in USA$ or GBP£. To choose the Currency please select from our Home page Currency drop-down menu.

        Shipping

        Shoes – £35 for every 2 pairs of shoes.  Socks, insoles, rock plates & laces – £7.  If you purchase shoes and socks, you will only pay shoes postage.  If you are charged more than this, please contact us freet@freet.uk for us to investigate..
