Shipping.

£3.50  Tracked (3-6 working days from placing order).

We will generally dispatch within 2-3 working days on the Royal Mail 48hr Tracked service, although at busy times it may take a couple of days longer. If you need them sooner, please ask and we’ll try to help!

UK mainland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland delivery times could be extended.

Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses. Any orders to be sent to a hotel or a third party courier, are entirely at the risk of the client.  Therefore, we regret to inform, that we cannot accept any liability for orders that fail to arrive to the hotels or third party courier, or are damaged on receipt.  We will, however, do what we can to help in such a case.

Returns.

We hope you like your order, but if you need to return, for Exchange or Refund, please use the paper form in the box to order the Return within 21 days of receiving your order.

We ask you to send the Return back to us at the address below. If you want to exchange, please get your shoes back to us and we will send the replacement free of charge. We do not provide a returns label.

We advise you to return the shoes using Royal Mail, small package, second class.  As long as you retain proof of postage, we do not require tracking and will honour the return.

The items must be unworn and in their original packaging. You must place the box inside a bag/wrapping before adding the address. You must not write the address or add any tape directly onto the box, or we may not be able to issue a full refund.

PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A DIFFERENT RETURNS ADDRESS ON THE RETURNS FORM BUT THIS CRAMLINGTON ADDRESS IS THE CORRECT ADDRESS.  Apologies for the confusion – either would work but Cramlington is our preferred returns address.

You do not need to wait for authorisation before returning the package, but please keep proof of postage. Please allow 7-10 days for us to process your Return once we have received it.

EUROPE

If you want your order shipped to an EU country, please order on our EU website  www.freetbarefoot.com/eu  to avoid duty & handling charges.

Shipping.

£14 or £16 (depending on country) Tracked (4-10 working days from placing order).

Since UK is no longer part of EU you will not pay 20 % VAT (sales tax).  This will be automatically deducted at checkout so you do not pay it.  You are responsible for paying any local taxes, duty and handling charges when you receive your shoes.  If the order value is less than €150 (including shipping charge) you will not have to pay an import duty, but will still be liable for local sales tax and handling fee.

If you choose not to pay these fees, the shoes will be returned to us and we will give a refund less any costs incurred.

Returns

You must Return to the address in Germany or Sweden to ensure there are no customs costs incurred.

    We ship by DHL which is a fast and reliable service. We also have local USA Returns address, just to make the experience of buying Freet as easy as we can. With current COVID shipping issues we can only ship a maximum of 2 items per order, but if you need socks/insoles in addition to 2 pairs of shoes, then drop us a line and we should be able to include in the order.

    You can pay in $ or £. Please select the $ or £ currency on our Home page drop-down menu.

    If your delivery address is outside UK, 20 % VAT (sales tax) will be automatically removed at checkout so you do not pay it.  You will then be responsible for paying any sales tax, duty and handling fees.
