We will generally dispatch within 2-3 working days on the Royal Mail 48hr Tracked service, although at busy times it may take a couple of days longer. If you need them sooner, please ask and we’ll try to help!

If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland delivery times could be extended.

Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses. Any orders to be sent to a hotel or a third party courier, are entirely at the risk of the client.  Therefore, we regret to inform, that we cannot accept any liability for orders that fail to arrive to the hotels or third party courier, or are damaged on receipt.  We will, however, do what we can to help in such a case.

Returns.

We hope you like your order, but if you need to return, for Exchange or Refund, please use the paper form in the box to order the Return within 21 days of receiving your order.

We ask you to send the Return back to us at the address below. If you want to exchange, please get your shoes back to us and we will send the replacement free of charge. We do not provide a returns label.

The items must be unworn and in their original packaging. You must place the box inside a bag/wrapping before labelling. You must not stick the label or any tape directly onto the box, or we may not be able to issue a full refund.

We ship by DHL which is a fast and reliable service. We also have local USA and Canada Returns addresses, just to make the experience of buying Freet as easy as we can.
