The order number you enter must be a 6 digit number (no letters).  Please remove the UK and add 00 at the start of your order number eg. UK-1001 = 001001

Get your Royal Mail returns label

  • Please click on the Start Your Return button:
  • Put in your order number and name and size of item(s) being returned. This information can be found on your original email confirmation. See next point.
  • Important the Royal Mail needs a six numeric digit number, if the order number begins with UK- remove the UK- and add two 0's (zeros) to the beginning of your order number. Example: UK-1001 = 001001. If the order number is not six numeric digits it will be rejected.
  • £3.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the returns label.
  • Once you have completed all the fields, you can print off the pre-paid returns label directly or wait for an email with a QR code which allows you to arrange a collection or take to a Post Office for despatch.

Conditions for Refund

In order to receive a full refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • All shoes must be returned with 30 days from the order date*.
  • Shoes must be as new and not worn outside.
  • Shoes to be in original box with original labels attached.
  • There must be no other labels or tape attached to the box.
  • If shoes or packaging are dirty or damaged, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning charge or deduct the cost of repackaging.
  • If shoes have been worn outside or have been damaged, no refund will be given.

Return FAQ’s 

What if my shoes are faulty?
If you think you have a fault with your shoes, you must contact us directly freet@freetbarefoot.com for us to sort a resolution.  You must not return the warehouse.

How much will it cost to return my shoes?
We offer £3.50 returns shipping labels to return your shoes. There is no cost to process returns.

Can I try on my shoes to see if they suit me?
Yes, you can try the shoes on indoors, to see if they suit, you but do not wear them outdoors until you are happy that the shoes suit you and you will be keeping them. We cannot accept any returns when shoes have been worn outside.

How do I return my shoes?
Use our returns portal to get a Royal Mail returns label:

  • Put on your order number and name and size of item(s) being returned. This information can be found on your original email confirmation.
  • £3.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the returns label.
  • Print off the pre-paid returns label directly or wait for an email with a QR code which allows you to arrange a collection or take to a Post Office for despatch.
  • Pack the shoes in their original box and send back. Put the box into a suitable bag or box of a similar size. Nothing must be attached to the shoe box itself.

What if I do not have a printer?
If you do not want to print a label, you will can use your QR code to arrange a collection or take the package to a post office for them to print off the label. The QR code will be emailed to you automatically when you have completed the returns label request.

How long until I get my refund?
We aim to process all refunds within 3 to 5 working days after parcel is received at our warehouse. Please be aware that your card company may take longer to return the money to your account.

What if I am outside United Kingdom?
Our returns labels only work from within United Kingdom.

Can I return the shoes in person?
No, we cannot accept any returns at the warehouse or office.

Can I arrange by own postage?
If you are unable to use this returns portal, you can post the shoes back to our UK warehouse (address below). You must include a note with your name, order number and which shoes you are returning. Please also send an email to freet@freetbarefoot.com titled Freet Return, with your name, order number and details of what you are returning.

How much will I be refunded?
You will be refunded the full cost of all items returned.  If you return all the items on the order, you will be refunded for the cost of your original postage.
