Refund policy
The order number must have prefix UK- eg UK-1234
If your shoes do not suit, you can return for a full refund, subject to our refund policy. We do not do exchanges.
Conditions for Refund
In order to receive a full refund, the following conditions must be met:
- All shoes must be returned with 30* days from the order date.
- Shoes must be as new and not worn outside.
- Shoes to be in original box with labels attached.
- There must be no labels or tape attached to the box.
*Christmas returns - To enable you to shop for Christmas, we have extended the returns period to the end of January.
If shoes or packaging are dirty or damaged, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning charge or deduct the cost of repackaging. If shoes have been worn outside or have been damaged, no refund will be given.
Return FAQ's
How much will my return cost?
You will not need to pay for your return label but £3.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of your return postage. There is no return handling fee.
What if my shoes are faulty?
If you think you have a fault with your shoes, you must contact us directly freet@freetbarefoot.com for us to sort a resolution. You must not return to the warehouse.

Shoes are returned with Royal Mail
Can I try on my shoes to see if they suit me?
Yes, you can try the shoes on indoors, to see if they suit, you but do not wear them outdoors until you are happy that the shoes suit you and you will be keeping them. Make sure you keep the box undamaged as you will need it for a return.
How do I return my shoes?
In top bar, go to Help - Refunds. Use the Start your Return button to get a postage label. Remember to put UK- before your return number. Pack the shoes in their original box with the returns approval slip and send back. Put the box into a suitable bag or box of a similar size. Nothing must be attached to the shoe box itself.
Stick the label on the return package and put in a Royal Mail parcel postbox or take to a post office.
How much will I be refunded?
You will be refunded the full cost of all items returned, including the shipping cost to send out your order. £3.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return postage.
Will I be refunded my original shipping charge?
Yes, you will be refunded the standard cost of shipping to UK (£3.50). There will, however, be a deduction of £3.50 to cover the cost of returning the shoes.
How do I get a returns shipping label?
Go to top bar, Help - Returns & Refunds. Click on Start your Return. Remember to add the UK- prefix before your order number. Follow the instructions to get your shipping label. You do not need to pay any money here.
What if my shoes are faulty?

What if I want to send my shoes a different way?
You do not have to buy one of our postage labels but you do need to complete the returns process and you must include our returns slip with your parcel. Our address is Freet Footwear Ltd, Total Fulfilment, Unit 76, Warfield Road, Kellythorpe, Driffield, East Yorkshire, YO25 9FQ.
How long until I get my refund?
We aim to process all refunds within 3 to 5 working days after parcel is received back.
What if I don't have a printer?
No problem. Take your parcel to the shipper with your QR code and they will print off the label.
